Laurent has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants all over France. He became head chef at L'Oranger in 2004 and wanted to bring the sophisticated elegance of true south-western French cuisine to England. Through his insistence on authentic cooking techniques and dedication to traditional French ingredients and flavours, Laurent has made L'Oranger one of the most highly respected and celebrated restaurants in London.

Original oak panelling lines the restaurant walls, while colourful fabrics adorn the windows -giving a homely and welcoming feel to the traditional restaurant setting. The huge glass domed ceiling, polished silver candelabras and crisp white table linen add drama to the meal.
