Fine dining restaurant Edera in London's Holland Park offers mouth-watering, modern Italian cuisine with a strong influence from the Mediterranean island of Sardinia. The hallmark of this chic restaurant is the subtle, contemporary edge that Executive Chef Gian-Carlo Usai gives to traditional dishes.

Taking time-honoured, rustic Italian and Sardinian cooking methods, Edera serves dishes that are as delicious as they are visually stunning. The main ingredients used in many of the dishes have evolved from the mountainous, inland terrain of Sardinia and include Wild Herbs, Lamb, Wild Boar, Honey, Myrtle and Olives. Pork, Suckling Pig and Lamb- seasoned with Wild Rosemary and other high altitude herbs. Malloreddus, a special kind of Sardinian dumpling are made at Edera with Sausage, Saffron, Pecorino Cheese and freshly-made Tomato Sauce.
