Eastside Inn, in Clerkenwell, has been established by Bjorn van der Horst, former chef-patron of Gordon Ramsay’s La Noisette and head chef at The Greenhouse in Mayfair. Bjorn works alongside his wife Justine as well as head chef Nick Ward, formerly of Gordon Ramsay’s Petrus.
Inspired by both traditional French regional cookery and innovative contemporary fine dining, Eastside Inn serves authentic but modern food made with outstanding ingredients. Although it is anchored in French tradition – due to Bjorn’s training – the cuisine also features Spanish, Basque, Dutch and American influences from his childhood.
