Croque Gascon is an up-market food outlet serving outstanding traditional dishes from south-west France. It is located in west London’s new premium shopping centre, Westfield London. Created by Gascons and celebrated restaurateurs Pascal Aussignac and Vincent Labeyrie – proprietors of Michelin-starred Club Gascon in Smithfield – Croque Gascon is a unique concept combining fine gastronomy and express service. It is the first time that the Gascon flavours will be available as "fast food".
