Sophie set up boutique restaurant and hotel PR agency, Cooke & Brand PR in 2001, successfully running the agency for 12 years before taking a sabbatical to live in New Delhi, India with her young family during this time the agency operated on a much smaller scale. During her career Sophie has devised outstanding PR campaigns for restaurants including Club Gascon , The Harwood Arms (owned by chef Brett Graham of the Ledbury, Tamarind Restaurant Group, D&D London Restaurant Group, Will Ricker Restaurant Group, The Boisdale Group. As well as profiling chef’s like Brett Graham, Tom Aikens, William Drabble, Mike Robinson, Rowley Lee, Alfred Prasad and Pascal Aussignac.
